Delivery & Installation:
The scope of delivery for Heavens Breeze consists of three coordinated components:
- Heavens Breeze Module (technical module)
- Heavens Breeze Island Moss Panel (Biophilic Design)
- Heavens Breeze Liquid Station (Tank Cube)
Installation is uncomplicated and clean: The technical module is attached to the wall, and the Island Moss Panel is then placed on top without tools. The Liquid Station is positioned freely in the room and connected to the system. This creates a functional, visually appealing, and maintenance-free solution for air humidification, air purification, and room design.

What exactly is Heavens Breeze and what can it do?
Heavens Breeze is the world's first premium indoor air system that combines four functions: humidification through ultrasonic nebulization, air purification with a HEPA H13 filter, sound absorption through real Icelandic moss (60% damping), and a natural design element for your rooms. The ultrafine mist is completely absorbed by the air - nothing drips or condenses.
How often do I need to refill the water?
The 25-liter tank lasts for about 9 days in continuous operation, and typically 2-3 weeks with normal daily use. The app shows you the fill level. A UVC LED in the tank continuously disinfects the water, so you can simply use normal tap water.
What is the power consumption?
Heavens Breeze is designed to be energy-efficient. In normal operation, its consumption is significantly lower than that of many conventional humidifiers. The exact values depend on the set humidification output – in economic operation, it's only a few watts.
How often do filters need to be changed?
The filter life depends on air quality and intensity of use. Typically, the HEPA filter should be changed every 6-12 months, and the activated carbon filter approximately annually. The island moss is permanent and does not need to be replaced. The app will remind you in time when replacements are due.
How loud is the device?
Heavens Breeze works very quietly and can also be used in the bedroom. The ultrasonic nebulizer produces almost inaudible operating noises. In addition, the preserved moss dampens noise in the room by up to 60% - thus making rooms generally quieter.
Is white dust forming on my furniture?
No. Conventional ultrasonic humidifiers atomize dissolved minerals like limescale in addition to water, which creates a fine white film on surfaces. Heavens Breeze solves this problem with an integrated inline water filter that removes limescale and minerals before the water is atomized. You use normal tap water, the filter does the rest. Replacement interval: once a year.

How is Heavens Breeze assembled?
Wall mounting is straightforward and comparable to hanging a television. The system arrives ready to use – you just need to fill it with water and download the app. Detailed instructions are included, and our support team is available to answer any questions.
How is Heavens Breeze installed?
Heavens Breeze is ideally mounted on the wall at a height of 1.80 to 2.30 m. This ensures optimal functionality and also makes the device an eye-catcher that gives the room calm, more design, and better air.
Why is wall mounting better than a free-standing unit?
Floor-standing devices only humidify the air near the ground - the moisture hardly rises. Heavens Breeze hangs at head height and uses natural air circulation: The ultra-fine mist mixes with the room air and spreads evenly throughout the entire room, instead of only working locally.
Do I need a cloud connection or special Wi-Fi?
No. Heavens Breeze has its own built-in router. You connect your smartphone directly to the device - without a cloud, without the internet, without integration into your home Wi-Fi. Your data stays with you, and the system also works in case of an internet outage.
What room size is Heavens Breeze suitable for?
Heavens Breeze is optimized for rooms up to 50 square meters. The 8.6 bar high-pressure pump allows installation even in high rooms up to 8.60 meters. For special requirements or larger rooms, we would be happy to advise you individually.

What exactly does the HEPA H13 filter filter?
The HEPA H13 filter removes 99.95% of all particles 0.3 micrometers and larger. This includes fine dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and many viruses. Together with the activated carbon filter, gases and odors (e.g., cooking odors, cigarette smoke) are also absorbed. The pre-filter captures coarser particles such as hair and pet dander.
Can I adjust the humidity?
Yes, you can set the target humidity and program timers via the app. Heavens Breeze will then automatically regulate to maintain the desired value. The recommended humidity is between 40-60% - most people feel most comfortable in this range.
Is Heavens Breeze suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, especially. The combination of HEPA H13 filtration and optimal humidity helps on two levels: The filter removes pollen and house dust from the air, while the right humidity prevents dust from being stirred up and mucous membranes from drying out. Many allergy sufferers report significantly fewer symptoms.
