We only use your email address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in or by the internet browser on a user's computer system. Microsoft Clarity

This website uses Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Microsoft Clarity is a user behavior analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records session replays (anonymized recordings of user interactions), heatmaps (visual representation of click and scroll behavior), and aggregated usage statistics.

The following data may be collected: mouse movements, clicks, scroll behavior, pages visited, time spent, device type, screen resolution, browser type and version, and approximate location (country/region). Sensitive inputs such as passwords or payment information are automatically masked and not collected.

Microsoft Clarity sets a first-party cookie to recognize returning visitors. The data is processed on Microsoft servers and may be transferred to the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Clarity is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by changing your cookie settings or deleting the cookies in your browser.

Data Subject Rights and Storage Period

Duration of Storage

The data will be stored taking into account statutory retention periods and then deleted after the expiry of these periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability.

Furthermore, you have a right to object to processing based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as well as to processing for direct marketing purposes, in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
