Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus.
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
- We do not charge any shipping costs
Deliveries to EU countries
- Order value up to €50 = €36
- Order value over €50 up to €250 = €84
- Order value over €250 up to €750 = €180
- Order value over €750 up to €1000 = €250
- Order value over €1000 up to €2000 = €370
- Order value over €2000 up to €4000 = €465
- Order value over €4000 up to €6000 = €524
- Order value over €6000 = €700
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries to Switzerland / to countries outside the European Union
- Order value up to €50 = €30
- Order value over €50 up to €250 = €70
- Order value over €250 up to €750 = €150
- Order value over €750 up to €1000 = €210
- Order value over €1000 up to €2000 = €310
- Order value over €2000 up to €4000 = €390
- Order value over €4000 up to €6000 = €440
- Order value over €6000 = €590
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, we do not charge German VAT.
Please note, however, that additional costs may arise in the recipient country. These include in particular:
- Import VAT (value added tax of the respective country)
- possible customs duties as well as handling or clearance fees of the shipping service provider
These amounts are collected directly from the recipient by the competent authorities or the shipping service provider and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no influence on the amount of these charges.
Delivery times
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 15 days and, for deliveries abroad, within 15 to 25 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
The minimum order value is: €50.
