Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus.
Deliveries within Germany
- We do not charge shipping costs
Deliveries to EU countries
- Goods value up to €50 = €36
- Goods value over €50 up to €250 = €84
- Goods value over €250 up to €750 = €180
- Goods value over €750 up to €1000 = €250
- Goods value over €1000 up to €2000 = €370
- Goods value over €2000 up to €4000 = €465
- Goods value over €4000 up to €6000 = €524
- Goods value over €6000 = €700
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries to Switzerland / to countries outside the European Union
- Goods value up to €50 = €30
- Goods value over €50 up to €250 = €70
- Goods value over €250 up to €750 = €150
- Goods value over €750 up to €1000 = €210
- Goods value over €1000 up to €2000 = €310
- Goods value over €2000 up to €4000 = €390
- Goods value over €4000 up to €6000 = €440
- Goods value over €6000 = €590
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, we do not charge German VAT.
Please note, however, that additional costs may arise in the recipient country. These include in particular:
- Import turnover tax (VAT of the respective country)
- possible customs duties and processing or clearance fees of the shipping service provider
These amounts are levied by the competent authorities or by the shipping service provider directly from the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no influence on the amount of these charges.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 15 days, for international deliveries within 15 to 25 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
The minimum order value is: 50,- Euros.
